Milwaukee Police Officers Shot, Suspect in Custody
Three Milwaukee police officers were shot and wounded on the city's Northwest side on Wednesday evening, according to authorities.
The shooting occurred around 7:30 p.m. near 76th Street and Auer Avenue. Three police officers were responding to a domestic disturbance call when they were met with gunfire from a suspect.
The officers were transported to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The suspect was taken into custody at the scene.
The Milwaukee Police Department is investigating the shooting.
The names of the officers and the suspect have not been released.
